Welcome to the Lancôme E-Learning Community Portal ("Portal"). At this Portal, you will find documents and information to help you learn and succeed with Lancôme.
You understand and agree that this Portal should not be used after working hours, should be viewed in-store on a company provided device, and that you your participation is strictly voluntary and not a condition of your employment. Your participation will not make you eligible for additional pay, overtime or benefits and is solely for informational purposes.
By using this Portal, you accept and agree to these Community Terms and to our Privacy Policy, and site terms that will govern any information provided by your or collected for the purposes of this program. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
The information on this portal is confidential and should be treated as such. Except as expressly permitted by Lancôme, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt, frame, link, rent, lease, loan, sell, license or in any way exploit the content of the Site. Please maintain the security of your account by not sharing your login information with anyone.

In connection with using this Portal, you agree you will comply with the following Rules of the Road:
- Do not post confidential or proprietary information of any party.
- Do not make false or unsubstantiated statements about any brand, its products or services.
- Do not make any disparaging statements regarding Lancôme, its products and/or services, or Lancôme’s s competitors.
- Do not disparage libel, slander, defame, or violate any third party right to privacy.
- Do not make hateful or offensive comments or any communication that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm against any individual or group.
- Do not post material unless you have all necessary permissions and respect the intellectual property and proprietary rights of others.
- Do not impersonate any other person or entity, actual or fictitious, including by impersonating an employee or consultant of any of the Parties.
- Conduct yourself with due regard to public conventions and morals and do not do or say anything which shall be detrimental to Lancôme.
If you post on social media:
- State honest views regarding the products, which must reflect your actual experience, opinions, experience, and beliefs based upon your use of the products or services.
- Clearly and conspicuously disclose your connection with Lancome (#LancomeEmployee) or brand (i.e., that you received benefits) any time you make a public statement or posts about Lancome, brands or products or services.
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate your account to the Portal if you have not complied with these Community Terms, if you are no longer employed or represent Lancôme, or for any reason in our sole discretion.
